Karaören is a studio operating in architecture, construction, and real estate development since 1984.

We develop residential projects, design new buildings, and undertake the restoration of historic properties. Each project is approached with consideration for its context and long-term use.

Our work across the Bosphorus and the Beyoğlu–Pera district has shaped the way we approach design today. Over time, we have brought design and construction together under one structure to work in a more integrated way.

We manage our projects from start to finish in-house. This allows us to maintain the integrity of design decisions throughout the process and ensure consistency at every stage.

We focus on creating spaces that are simple, balanced, and built to last. Every decision, from materials to details, is made with this in mind.
