Standing on İstiklal Caddesi, this building carries the city's memory in distinct layers. Once home to the historic Baylan patisserie and later the long-time home of İKSV, it now opens a new chapter as the home of OXXO. The 2012 restoration renewed the facade and interior with a care befitting such a long history.
